Landlord has full discretion on allowing or denying a pet, regardless of weight or breed. $100 extra rent/month/dog. 2 pet max. Cats are $50/month/cat. Full one-month security deposit and last month rent required for any tenant that has a pet. Pets with a biting history will not be accepted.
Pet Policy: No Pits, Rots, mixes of these breeds, or pets with biting history. Owners of dogs must permit the landlord to take a dna swab of the dog prior to occupancy, and to display the supplied "DN" tag which will enable staff and residents to identify the dog as a registered dog.
